All animals purchased from ‘Infinity Reptiles’ are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding(unless a prespecified situation has occurred, such as purchasing newly hatched animals that have not been established). Genetics of animals produced by ‘Infinity Reptiles’ are always 100% guaranteed. All animals will be properly sexed unless specifically noted. All animals have the option to come with feeding/record data and genetics paperwork. All animals purchased from ‘Infinity Reptiles’ are guaranteed to be free of parasites. If you are not satisfied with your shipment, we will replace any animal(s) for the cost of the return shipping with an equally valued animal(s), or refund your money if notified within 48 hours of receipt and upon safe return of your animal(s). After 48 hours of the shipment’s arrival, I assume no further liabilities.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your animal(s), please contact us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund. In order to receive a full refund, your animal(s) must be received by ‘Infinity Reptiles’ no later than 48 hours after contacting us. They must arrive alive and healthy at your expense. Shipping is not refundable! If you were not available to accept shipment and did not take care of removing the animal(s) from the overnight delivery shipping container, the guarantee is void. We expect and will be waiting for delivery comfirmation and Live Arrival of the animal(s) being shipped. Refunds may be made as cash, credit, paypal, or a combination of cash, credit, or paypal at our discretion. If the animal(s) you purchased were paid for through a payment plan, your initial deposit of 25% down is non-refundable as agreed to in the terms of the payment plan itself.

Payment in full is necessary before the animal(s) will be shipped. Payment can be made via PayPal to “Logan@infinityreptiles.net” or personal check made out to Logan Murray. In local sells, cash is exceptable.

Short and long term payment plans are an available option at ‘Infinity Reptiles’ on any animal over $200. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all payment plans. After the minimum 25% deposit is received, the animal(s) will be taken off the market, marked as sold, and held for the customer. While your animal(s) are being paid off, they will continue to receive the highest quality care and feeding that all of the animals at ‘Infinity Reptiles’ receive. If for whatever reason the customer can not complete the payment plan as agreed to, all monies, except for the non-refundable 25% down payment, will be refunded when the reserved animal(s) are sold at current market price as determined by ‘Infinity Reptiles’. Immediate refund on payment plans is not always possible, that is why we proceed to resell the animal in order to make this possible.

Reservations can be made on a “first come, first served” basis. A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure your place on the reservation list for any featured animal(s). Once again, deposits are non-refundable unless I can not fill your order.

Shipments are sent via FedEx overnight through ShipYourReptiles from Cedar Hill, Texas. ‘Infinity Reptiles’ is a FedEx certified shipper. The cost of FedEx overnight shipment is approximately $50.00-$65.00 depending on location and must be prepaid before the animal(s) can be shipped. We are currently shipping only to the lower 48 states, including the District of Columbia. Animals will be insured for the purchase amount as allowed by the carrier. In order for the insurance to be effective, the receiver must confirm live arrival at the time of delivery or any problems must be reported at that time to FedEx agent. In order for the ‘Infinity Reptiles’ guarantee to be effective, shipments must be accepted at time of delivery and a call, text, or email must be sent notifying ‘Infinity Reptiles’ that the animal(s) have arrived safely. I will not guarantee animals if the shipment is not accepted at time of delivery and a comfirmation of Live Arrival is not noted in some way or form.
